Whats new in Exclaimer Cloud – June 2019

We’ve added some new and improved features to Exclaimer Cloud, check them out below.

Subject Trigger Rules (server-side only)

Allow users to choose which signature applies on any device by adding a subject trigger rule. Users can simply add a trigger word/code to the subject line that has been specified in Exclaimer Cloud to add a specific signature to the email. You can also choose for the trigger word to be removed from the subject line before the recipient receives the email.

Preview signature with users’ details while designing

As well as being able to preview what the signature will look like for a particular user via the Signature rules tester, you can now preview the signature with a user’s details in the Signature Editor preview pane while you are designing it.

The preview pane will show the signature containing the data we hold either for yourself or any other user in your Exclaimer Cloud tenancy.

Admins can add editor users to a subscription

Previously, only the owner of an Exclaimer Cloud subscription could add other admins/editors to the account. This has now been updated so admins can add editor users. Only the owner has permission to add an admin user.
