Fixed issues

• Excessive memory usage of EdgeTransport.
• Group enumeration not correctly detecting members of a group when the group and members are in different domains.
• When converting from Plain Text to HTML an incorrectly encoded UTF-16 Plain Text multipart is added with HTML content and can cause Far Eastern characters to appear in the message.
