Introducing Exclaimer’s New CEO, Heath Davies

As I start my tenure with Exclaimer, my attention is on the longer-term vision for the business. This will create a compelling set of stretch targets that will allow the team to see the moonshot potential from our base today; a base of customers and partners that is truly exceptional.  The exciting part is that after nearly 20 years working with private equity backed businesses and the top talent that reside within them, I now sit atop one of today’s most exciting companies within the technology mid-market sector. Exclaimer is the market leader in email signature management solutions, with over 75 million users trusting our products to imprint their messages in a consistent and compliant way day after day. This ability to imprint signatures brings with it brand integrity, employee efficiency, marketing insights and legal compliance.

But why is this exciting? I believe there are three key reasons. Firstly, the company’s revenue growth continues to exceed 40% per annum: with the move to the cloud rapidly accelerating, Exclaimer is expected to continue along this path, as companies look to transition from their on-premises architecture to cloud environments.  However, this growth is not only underpinned by the transition to the cloud; it is underlying structural growth due to the email market expansion as backed-up by The Radacati Group:

  • Over half of the world’s population used email throughout in 2019, more than any other communication platform.
  • The number of worldwide email users is expected to grow to over 4.3 billion by the end of 2023.
  • The total number of business and consumer emails sent and received per day exceeded 293 billion in 2019 and is forecast to grow to over 347 billion by the end of 2023.

But growth for growth’s sake does not create a great business. Growth reinvested into new opportunities for our employees and company development all support a culture of success.

The second reason is Exclaimer’s pioneering technology; a robust pure-play SaaS platform from which to build further exceptional innovations to delight our customers and support them on their journeys with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) or G Suite. We are innovators today, but in the future, we will aim for the moon and beyond. Our collective company vision will allow us to bring new advances to our clients, enabling them to make better and more informed decision around their email signature objectives, supported by Exclaimer’s best-in-class product suite.

Finally, we have assembled a world-class team with outstanding capabilities and experience. They are the key in moving Exclaimer to the next level in order to assist our clients with achieving their respective business objectives. The team are totally focused on internal operational excellence and external customer needs. To help understand our customer experience, the team and I want to speak with as many customers and partners as possible about their experiences with Exclaimer, what they would like to improve and what they love about our products today.

In closing, I would like to thank all our customers and partners for making Exclaimer the leading choice for email signature management solutions. If you really like what we do, please refer your industry peers to our web site ( so that they can experience the benefits of our solutions first-hand. Finally, look out for an exciting new suite of products coming your way throughout 2020.

Heath Davies, CEO
