This month, February 2019, we’re showcasing Sensible Business Solutions (Sensible), an independent IT services provider for customers based in Sydney, Australia. We spoke to Kevin Spanner, CEO of Sensible, about becoming an Exclaimer Partner and the benefits this partnership has brought.
Tell us about Sensible Business Solutions
“We opened our business all the way back in 1985. Our business mantra is to “educate, customize and deliver best practice IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in a practical way that makes sense and reduces their IT costs.”
Why did you partner with Exclaimer?
“We’ve partnered with Exclaimer since the early 2000s. The Exclaimer team were exhibiting at a tradeshow in Sydney that we were attending and we thought that the proposition they were presenting, a centralized email signature management solution, was an appealing concept. Many of our customers had been struggling with email signature updates, leading us to discover Exclaimer’s solutions. As a result, we decided to become an Exclaimer Partner for the Australasian region.”
What do you like about working with Exclaimer?
“Exclaimer’s email signature software has always been really easy-to-use, whether it be the on-premises Exchange software or its cloud-based Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) signature service. These products let a company of any size take full control of email signature management. In addition, Exclaimer’s products have really become valuable solutions to our portfolio. It’s really easy-to-bundle Exclaimer with other solutions that we sell. We also actively update customers’ brand messaging by offering a fully managed signature service.
One of our customers actively runs marketing campaigns through the use of signature banners. This means we can easily make updates for them every couple of weeks or when needed. This involves very little work on our side, so there is hardly any administrative overhead for us to deal with.”
Is there any other insight you’d like to add?
Exclaimer software has provided a lot of “stickiness” to what we offer as a business. The products are really easy-to-sell, the pricing is good and we’re definitely big fans of Exclaimer as a company. Overall, I would recommend partnering with Exclaimer if you’re looking for excellent value-added solutions to bundle with your product portfolio.
