Exclaimer Cloud New Feature Release

The latest feature to launch in Exclaimer Cloud – Signatures for Office 365 is conditional visibility within the signature editor.

This feature can be used to either hide or show specific fields in an email signature, depending on a user’s Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) attributes, such as in the examples below:

  • Show ‘Mobile’ only if their job title is appropriate
  • Show LinkedIn icon only if the user has their own LinkedIn profile linked in an extension attribute
  • Show the correct disclaimer for that region/department
  • Show generic office telephone number if a user has no direct dial
