Following the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we at Exclaimer have been preparing for all eventualities. Given the gravity of the situation, and to protect our staff, clients, and communities from the spread of the virus, we have now invoked our Business Continuity Plan. As of Monday 16 March, Exclaimer offices in the UK, USA, and Netherlands are closed with all employees working remotely for the foreseeable future.
Please be assured that Exclaimer will continue to operate as normal providing you with all of the professional support and service you have to come to expect from us. Our Business Continuity Plan has been regularly tested as part of our ISO/IEC 27001 Certification, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and securely from remote locations.
Our staff are readily available via all of the normal channels when needed. Our Technical Support Team will continue to offer first-class support to all customers.
We have taken steps to ensure our Exclaimer Cloud service is as protected as possible from the increase in demand we are seeing. At the same time, we have taken proactive measures to provision additional infrastructure within our Microsoft Azure datacenters to safeguard us from any abnormal increase in message volumes. We are also closely monitoring Microsoft’s Office 365 and Google’s G Suite infrastructure to ensure we mitigate any possible side effects of capacity issues that Microsoft or Google may face.
For all Exclaimer customers, please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
